These are main Terms & Conditions on which our Caprinos branches (franchises) offer products and services. Carefully before placing an order. By ordering from us, you agree to the following:
- Our websites and mobile applications ("Sites") are operated by Caprinos Pizza Limited ("Caprinos", "we", "us", or "our").
- You can contact us through our website or via our customer service form.
Orders & Delivery
- Minimum Order Value: Minimum order value may apply to receive certain discounts and offers. The minimum order value may differs depending on the branch location and Service Charge may applies.
- Delivery Charges: May apply in certain postcode areas. Charges will be shown at checkout.
- Delivery Area: Service availability will depends on the distance from your postcode to our branch location. Please enter your postcode on our website/app to check the service availability.
- Driver Policy: Our drivers carry a maximum of £10 in change. Please try to provide exact change when paying cash.
- Delivery Instructions: Please use the Notes Box at the checkout while placing the order. Kindly leave a light on and give clear directions to assist our drivers in reaching you quickly.
- Delivery Time: We deliver within 35 mins however it might change during rush hours.
Offers & Coupons
- One Offer Per Order: Multiple offers, discounts, or coupons cannot be used in the same order unless stated otherwise. Also 2 Toppings pizzas are not included any offers.
- Collection Offer: Our collection prices are discounted consider this is an offer can’t be avail with multiple offers.
- BOGOF (Buy One Get One Free): Applies on every Tuesdays for both Collection & Delivery across most of our branches. Please be Note BOGOF applies on standard pizza prices. Please note collection prices will not be applicable BOGOF.
- Add-ons: Additional toppings or sides in deals may incur extra charges.
- Coupons: Coupons are non-transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash. Coupons must be used before expiry date and coupons are restricted to individual branches. and must be used before their expiry date if may apply.
Cravers Club (Loyalty Program):
Earning Points: Earn 1 point for every £1 you spend. Collect 100 points to enjoy £5 OFF on your next purchase.
Maximum Redemption: You can redeem up to 100 points (worth £5) in a single transaction.
Expiration Policy: Points are valid for 6 months from the date they are earned, so be sure to use them before they expire!
Terms to Use: Available to registered users only. We reserve the right to adjust or cancel points at our discretion. Misuse of the loyalty program may result in account suspension.
Products & Ingredients
- Size/Weight: We use the pizza pans fits the actual pizza sizes we sell however pizza dough can shrink during the cooking process. Side order sizes and weights may vary slightly.
- Availability: All products, deals, and offers are subject to availability and may change without notice. Certain offers and deals will be available on certain branches.
- Allergens: Our kitchens are busy place and we handle products with multiple allergens. While we take every care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free food. For more details, please visit our Allergens Page.
- Notes: Vegan pizzas are available only on 12” (Medium) Pizza.
- Some products may have been previously frozen. We can’t guarantee that all bones from Meat products and some may remain. The Partnering brands

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
- You have the right to cancel the order in the case of same day prior to any food being used to start preparing the order roughly before 1 hour.
- Refunds are not issued for:
Change of mind after the food has been prepared
Delay in delivery due to incorrect address or contact details.
Orders placed with third-party delivery platforms (e.g. Uber Eats, Deliveroo, etc.).
- We and our franchisees reserve right to cancel the any order before or after accepting the order. However these will be notified to you immediately in such cases.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–7 business days, if approved. However this can take longer depending on the processing of the individual bank accounts.
- Refunds or replacements are issued at the discretion of the store manager and may require you to provide proof of payment or return the original product..
